Current offerings include:
  • The Women's Eco Art Therapy Group: A supportive space where women come together to explore their creativity and personal growth through nature-inspired art-making. Using natural materials and eco-centric themes, participants engage in hands-on, expressive activities that foster connection with both themselves and the natural world. This group provides an opportunity for healing, self-discovery, and shared support, empowering women to connect with their inner wisdom and strength in a collaborative, nurturing environment. Cost: $35/session with accessible sliding scale options available. Please contact for more info.

  • Monthly Mama Meetups: Join the monthly mama meetup - It’s a chance to take a break, make new friends, and swap parenting tips (or just laugh about the chaos). This meetup offers a chance to connect and recharge with other moms—whether it's for some personal downtime or meaningful conversation. Meetings are on the first Monday of the month from 12:00 pm-1:30 pm.

  • The Dinner party: Inspired & in collaboration with “The Dinner Party,” they offer monthly dinner parties. This group connects young adult grievers to a caring and supportive community of peers who help each other navigate loss, life, and all the stuff in between. Because grief isn’t a problem that needs solving, but the loneliness that comes with it is. Please visit the website for more details.

  • Beats & Brews: A laid-back, feel-good evening with good company. Bring your instrument an maybe a friend! There’s no pressure to perform; it’s all about the shared enjoyment of creating music together. Whether you’re a seasoned musician or just learning, everyone is welcome to contribute, whether it’s strumming an acoustic guitar, tapping out rhythms on percussion, or simply singing along.
